Property Information Request - Planning Records

A Zoning Compliance Letter provides any information the Town of Gravenhurst may have ​with respect to the zoning status on a property. This includes Zoning Designation and By-laws pertaining to the Planning Act. Zoning Compliance Letters also include Building Permit Record Information, such as Building Code Orders or status of permits.

Property Information Request - Building Records

A Building Record Request provides any information the Town of Gravenhurst may have with respect to the projects on the property. This may include drawings, lot gradings, final inspection reports, occupancy reports, septic information, and more; however, it is not guaranteed that all records are available.
