Gull Lake Rotary Park currently has a vacant commercial space that is available for lease.  The space has previously been operated as a Snack Bar for the park and is located within the public washroom building.  At this time the Town of Gravenhurst is accepting Expressions of Interest from businesses to Lease this space on a seasonal basis (May to October).

Located at 405 Brock Street, Gull Lake Rotary Park is one of Gravenhurst's largest and busiest parks for families and all age groups, and includes the following features:

• Location just off the main Gravenhurst thoroughfare with convenient access from highway 11 or Bethune Drive
• Ample parking available in multiple lots
• Busy, life-guarded beach with weekday swimming lessons during July & August drawing upwards of 80 participants and guardians per session
• In addition, the park draws people to many events during high season including the Annual Gravenhurst Car Show in June where upwards of 3000 attendees are expected; Gravenhurst Ladies 3 Pitch Baseball League with games running May through September and the Annual Muskoka Fall Rowing Regatta, since 2012.  Also in July and August, the park plays host to Cinema Under the Starts every Thursday night (drawing 60 - 125 people per evening depending on the film) as well as 'Music On the Barge' - the largest outdoor concert series north of Toronto, Sunday nights at 7:30pm.
