Come to the Library for Baby Story Hour every Friday! Make new friends as you explore sensory activities, read books, sing songs and learn new lap bounces.

Friday, January 24th: Music with Miss Mandy

Get ready to jam with Miss Mandy! She'll bring the musical magic with her guitar, shakers, tapping sticks, and a whole lot of fun! It's going to be a toe-tapping, giggle-filled morning!

Teaching Your Child to Read - Parent Workshop at EarlyON’s Virtual Food for Thought Program

Learn how to teach your child to read using tools and techniques backed by the Science of Reading at this Virtual Presentation for parents and caregivers. Join Jennifer Whipp, Child & Youth Services Librarian, to dive into decoding, have fun with phonics, and discuss the nitty-gritty of how to actually teach your child to read!

Parents/Guardians: Please be aware that children under the age of 10 years old must have a parent or guardian present in the Library. Parents or guardians need to be present in the library at all times during programs and be readily available to supervise their child’s breaks, or early dismissal from programs. Children over the age of 10 are allowed to be in the Library without a parent or guardian present, but will not be supervised by Library staff and are free to leave the program room and the Library at their own discretion.
