When reporting a problem please be prepared to provide the following information.
- Description of the problem
- Location of problem (street/road address, or distance from a well-known landmark)
- Photo(s), if available
- Your contact information
Submit a By-law Complaint
By-law related concerns may include:
- Dogs at large
- Property Standards/Community Standards concerns
- Noise concerns
- Signs concerns
- Parking
- Landlord tenant concerns
But does not include civil matters that relate to private, civil litigation, trespass on private property, damage to private property etc. For a full list of Town By-laws, please visit By-laws and Policies.
With Cloudpermit, you can submit complaints online from your phone, laptop, or tablet. Once you have completed your submission, your complaint will be directly uploaded to a Municipal Law Enforcement Officer who will initiate an investigation. Submit a Roads/Infrastructure Complaint
Please use the Citywide Citizen portal to submit a service request related to roads, cemeteries, parks, facilities, sidewalks, culverts, traffic signals, or invasive species.
