The District of Muskoka is in a state of emergency due to the recent ice storm.

The Centennial Centre in Gravenhurst is open as a warming centre from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily.

The centre is at 101 Centennial Dr.

(12:33 p.m.) UPDATE: Tomingas Road is now open and the involved vehicles have been removed from the site.

We have closed Tomingas Road at Doe Lake Road due to a collision between a snowplow and another vehicle.

Please avoid the area.
