Emergency Railroad Closure on Muskoka Rd 169

Please be advised of this EMERGENCY railroad closure happening tonight from 7 pm - early morning July 30 (tomorrow). If you need to get to Bala or beyond, we recommend detouring through Bracebridge. 

Notice from the District of Muskoka:
Full Road Closure - Muskoka Road 169 - Township of Muskoka Lakes  
CN Rail has advised the District of an unplanned road closure on Muskoka Road 169 to accommodate an emergency crossing repair in the township of Muskoka Lakes.
Where: Muskoka Road 169 – East of Torrance Road and Muskoka Road 13 (Southwood Road) intersection.
When: Emergency closure will take place as of 7PM, Monday July 29, 2024 through to early morning July 30.
Please avoid the area and follow on site signage and direction of CN Personnel
