Notice - Shore Road Allowance Closing - Pine Lake (November 11, 2024)

PUBLIC NOTICE

TAKE NOTICE that the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Gravenhurst proposes to enact a by-law to close, stop up and sell those parts of the original shore road allowance and road allowance described as follows:

That part of the original shore road allowance lying in front of Lot A, Concession 12 being Part 10 on 35R15683; Part of the Original Road Allowance between Lots A & 1, Concession 12 being Part 5 on 35R15683; and Part of Lot A Concession 12 being Part 12 on 35R15683; Township of Wood, now Town of Gravenhurst, District Municipality of Muskoka (Pine Lake)

AND TO SELL that part of the original shore road lying in front of Lot A, Concession 12, Township of Wood, now Town of Gravenhurst, District Municipality of Muskoka, designated as Part 10 on 35R15683, to the adjoining owner or owners of them.

AND TO SELL that part of the original road allowance between Lots A & 1, Concession 12, Township of Wood, now Town of Gravenhurst, District Municipality of Muskoka, designated as Part 5 on 35R15683, to the adjoining owner or owners of them.

AND TO SELL that part of the original road allowance being Part of Lot A, Concession 12, Township of Wood, now Town of Gravenhurst, District Municipality of Muskoka, designated as Part 12 on 35R15683, to the adjoining owner or owners of them.

THE PROPOSED BY-LAW will come before the said Council for consideration at its regular meeting at Gravenhurst Municipal Office, 5 Pineridge Gate, Gravenhurst, Ontario on Tuesday, November 26, 2024, at 3:00 o’clock p.m. and at that time the Council will hear any person or by their Counsel, Solicitor or Agent, any person who claims that their lands will be prejudicially affected and who applies to be heard.
