Road closure notice: Severn River Road

Due to rising river levels, Severn River Road is closed at municipal address 1027.

Water depth over the roadway is currently between two to 10 inches deep. 

Local traffic and emergency services still have access to the road. 

A supply of sandbags is available to the public at the end of Severn River Road East and Cowbell Lane.

A small additional supply is available at the town’s public works yard on Crawford Road.
