Sandbag resources available at public works yard

Do you need sandbags to protect your home or business during the spring thaw? 

Drop by the Town of Gravenhurst Public Works Yard at 1054 Crawford Rd. 

You’ll find sand and empty bangs that you can fill.

In the weeks ahead, watch the town’s website and social media channels for additional information regarding sandbags. 

The town will have sandbags available for pickup at select locations throughout the community. 

Meanwhile, town staff continue to open catch basins in the community to ensure they are ready to receive runoff from melting snow.
