Snow removal operations update: Feb. 19, 2025

Contractors and Town of Gravenhurst staff are conducting snow removal throughout the community.

High volume roads will be assessed first, secondary collector roads will be addressed as resources and time allows, side roads/country roads will be assessed by contractors, ensuring that appropriate road width is addressed. 

Reminder to remove any obstructions from the road allowance, including vehicles and garbage bins. 

The plan of action, barring any weather-related changes, includes the following locations:

• Muskoka Road North and South from Talisman Drive to Winewood Avenue. 

*Use caution as contractors may periodically have flaggers redirecting drivers during snow removal operations*

• Continuing Feb. 19 list until complete to widen roadways as needed
