Dan was born and raised in Mississauga & fell in love with the area after moving to Muskoka 5 years ago. He has been wood working for the past 15 years, but after experiencing wood turning, was hooked. Dan primarily makes wood bowls but is always experimenting with new ideas and techniques, including making bowls out of resin with natural items, burls, hardwoods, exotic woods and other various turned items. He is self taught and is always looking to improve his craft.

Steve is a well known artist that was recently commissioned by The Toronto Blue Jays for Jose Bautista Celebration of Excellence Aug 12, 2023. His art appeared at the Empire State Building for several years, and the Metropolitan Museum of Natural History in New York. Steve’s art is worldwide and can be found in France, Colorado, Whistler, Banff, Jasper, Quebec City, Toronto and now at the Muskoka Discovery Centre.

Tony’s photography began as a means to document his annual climbing trips to Scotland where he would often travel as a young man from his home in Derby England. It was during an extensive period of traveling during the 1970’s and 1980’s through Europe, the Middle East and Asia with Penny that he developed a broad image database and an eye for capturing light and color while documenting the people and landscapes of these much loved regions.
