Gravenhurst Community Improvement Program

CIP 2025 Applications Now Closed

Are you a business or property owner in Gravenhurst's urban core? As part of Gravenhurst's Downtown Revitalization project in 2012, a Community Improvement Plan (CIP) was developed to assist property and business owners within the designated Community Improvement Plan Boundaries that need building and façade improvements, and includes tax incentive grants permitted under the Municipal Act, for qualified projects. The Town also adopted a façade and streetscape design guidelines to create a more cohesive and inviting look and feel in the urban area.

2025 Grant Intake is now closed. For questions about your application, please contact Ellen Selby at ellen.selby@gravenhurst.ca
